Working with Us3Events is always an absolute pleasure, and this occasion was no exception. We were truly delighted to be part of such a special Bar Mitzvah for their clients. 

When we initially met with the family it was clear that the main brief was to try and use unusual vegetables in a Christmas dinner themed main course. Mark went off to visit one of the client’s favourite vegetable suppliers, Le Marche in Covent Garden to discuss what would be in season, and after putting forward a number of suggestions the client chose helianthus root as the final garnish for our take on a Christmas dinner of turkey ballotine, confit potato, wild mushrooms, helianthis root.

We planned this event meticulously for over a year working closely with Us3Events and the end client, so when the evening came around we were filled with excitement. As guests began to arrive into the stunning Palm Court Terrace at the Kimpton Fitzroy, our wonderful Shomer Shabbat waiters were ready and waiting with trays of Champage, whilst the bar focused on shaking up cocktails. The space was abundantly filled with food stations, where sushi chefs dazzled the guests with their live cooking and canapés were flowing out of the kitchen.

Once the reception had come to a close, guests were ushered through to the grand reveal of the stunning ballroom which had been dressed beautifully with florals and a stunning set designed to match the touches of green used in the tableware & stunning gold features of the Ballroom. Beautifully designed to give a subtle nod to the festive feel.

Guests were seated and enjoyed their 2 course meal whilst attentively being looked after by our front of house team, before we knew it they were filling the dance floor and we couldn’t believe after so much planning and consideration that the event was over! We absolutely loved working with Us3Events and this wonderful client.

Dear Charlie, an absolutely huge thank you to you and mark for coordinating the most wonderful evening. We loved the food so much and it was everything we had hope for and more. All our guests have been so incredibly complimentary and the exquisite presentation, brilliant service and delicious dishes really elevated our celebration for everyone there. We would love to work together again! The Kimpton were also really complimentary about working with you and said it was an absolute pleasure which was so lovely to hear.
