How it works…

 

In order to deliver a truly bespoke and tailored event, we build our proposals in a slightly different way. Our quotes are not built with package pricing, instead we break each element of the costs down and aim to include all costs in the initial proposal so the quotation that you receive will give you an accurate understanding of the costs from the outset.

We are always excited to meet our clients. Our first step will be to set up a meeting to get to know you and to get a feel for your vision for your event. We will then go away and get to work shaping our menus, service style and presentation to deliver a proposal that truly resonates with your ideas.

Our quotes will itemise the costs for the following:

  • Food

  • Drinks

  • Kashrut Fees

  • Equipment - this includes your chosen crockery, cutlery, glassware & linen and this cost may vary depending on the items you choose. If a venue does not have the furniture for your preferred layout, or is dry hire, we’ll also include the hire cost of any poseur tables, dinner tables & chairs. The costs also includes kitchen equipment, bar equipment, canape trays and any thing else that we need to deliver the event along with ice & fridge van hire.

  • Staffing

  • Staffing travel and transport

As the planning process moves ahead, we understand that there may be changes whether it be timings, or numbers, menu options or staffing. We will update you with a new quote each time things change so you always have total clarity on the costs.

We put a lot of time and energy into our tastings to make them a true representation of the food and drinks that we will serve at your event. We build the cost of the tasting into our quotes so they would normally be planned after the deposit has been paid.
