MARK JANKEL
CHEF FOUNDER

Mark has worked at the top of the London food scene for 20 years. He started his career cooking in Michelin star restaurants and absolutely loves applying the skills he learned to our exceptional events. Mark’s wife, Limor, is from Tel Aviv so in recent years he has spent time in the kitchens of some of Tel Aviv’s greatest restaurants, bringing the incredible cuisine of this great city into his cooking.

His close ties to the Jewish community and Michelin star background allow him to bring his incredible passion for flavour and experience together to create innovative Kosher menus that push boundaries.

With nearly 16 years of experience working in the luxury catering sector and across venues in the UK and abroad, Charlie’s operational knowledge and creative approach is the perfect partner to Mark’s incredible food.

Given the nickname of the ‘Event Fairy’ by her first Bar Mitzvah client nearly 10 years ago, Charlie’s understanding of how important these moments of celebration are to our clients shines through in everything she does. Charlie is a truly exceptional event planner and such a lovely person who will work with you to deliver a truly special and exceptional experience.

Adam has been at the leading edge of kosher cuisine in London for the last 15 years. Adam’s entrepreneurial talent, passion for food and creativity have been expressed through several groundbreaking kosher food businesses and he now brings this amazing skillset to Osher.

Adam has an unparalleled knowledge of Kashrus and operating at the heart of the kosher food world. With this knowledge Adam is perfectly poised to create and deliver the most incredible events.
